★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonická domluva bez výsledného efektu, paní nebyla schopna spočítat hrubou kalkulaci, následná osobní návštěva předčila všechna očekávání!!! Neposkytnuty absolutně žádné informace ohledně síly nabízeného materiálu, v popisech na nabízených vzorcích se laik nemá šanci vyznat, ani se orientovat kvalitou a cenově, každou informaci tahat z majitele či majitelky firmy. Když pominu fakt, že mě v kamenictví, kde objednávám desku na hrob, obsluhuje člověk s cigaretou v ústech, kolem kterého pobíhá řvoucí dítě, rozhodně nelze pominout další, kdy po výběru vtrhne do prostor kamenictví zřejmě majitelka s větou, že ceny vybraného neplatí, na vzorcích jsou špatné ceny. Žádný zájem jednat dál, informovat , prostě nic. Zde došla naše trpělivost, s pozdravem jsme odkráčely jinam. Profesionalita a chování bez komentáře.
