★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedavno se nam stala neprijemna vec, ze nahrobek vyrobeny touto firmou sfouknul vitr a rozbil se nejen on, ale i 3 desky na hrobu za nim. Skoda 50 az 70 tisic dle meho odhadu. Po kontrole jsme dospeli k nazoru ze se jedna o skrytou vyrobni vadu, protoze nahrobek nebyl vubec zacepovan do spodniho ramu. Proste 100kg nebo mozna i tezsi deska byla jen podmaznuta stavebnim lepidlem. Pri snaze o nejakou domluvu nam majitel vzal telefon jen jednou a to poprve. Pak uz nase cislo nezvedal. Doporuceny dopis neprevzal, takze se nam vratil. Deska nastesti na nikoho nespadla, takze skoda je jen financni. Kazdopadne pristup majitele nedobry. Spolupraci nedoporucuji.
Recently, an unpleasant thing happened to us that the tomb made by this company was blown away by a wind and not only he broke, but also 3 plates on the grave behind him. Skoda 50 to 70 thousand according to my estimate. After the inspection, we came to the conclusion that it was a hidden manufacturing defect, because the tomb was not plugged into the lower frame at all. Just 100kg or maybe even a heavier board was just lubricated with construction glue. When trying to make an agreement, the owner took our phone only once, for the first time. Then he didn't call our number. He did not accept the registered letter, so he returned to us. Fortunately, the board did not fall on anyone, so the pity is only financial. In any case, the approach of the owner is not good. I do not recommend cooperation.
