★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, lo reservé por booking (creo que no debería estar en el catálogo de booking) y allí ponía que tenía piscina, bicicletas gratuitas y un sin fin de servicios en la inexistente recepción (check-in y check-out todo se hace llamándoles y quedando con ellos. Lo malo no es solo que no hubiera todo lo anunciado en booking, sino que cuando le preguntamos por la piscina nos dijo que estaba cerrada (en verano) lo que nos sorprendió. Luego dando una vuelta por Praga vimos que la misma foto de la piscina que tenían en booking la anunciaba otro hotel, ose no solo no tenían lo que anunciaban, sino que además nos mintieron y copiaron fotos que no son suyas. Al final hicimos reclamación a booking, nos devolvieron un 20% de la reserva y además el dueño como compensación nos ofreció salir mas tarde (el cual ya tenia yo por ser genius en booking), servicio de maletas (el cual estaba incluido) y nos llevo al aeropuerto (esto si que no estaba incluido). En general el sitio está bien y limpio (eso si las fotos son muy buenas, engaña) y si no fuera por el engaño, el sitio esta bien.
