★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na počátku jednání velmi ochotný pán. Nicméně v případě opakovaných urgencí reklamace zapojení kotle se vůbec neozývá, neodepisuje ne email. Problém řeším už téměř čtyři měsíce. Otec bohužel již zaplatil fakturu, takže už asi nemá zásadní důvod něco napravit.
 At the beginning of the meeting, a very helpful gentleman. However, in the case of repeated emergencies, the boiler connection complaint is not answered at all, not emailed. I've been solving the problem for almost four months. Unfortunately, my father has already paid the invoice, so he probably has no fundamental reason to fix anything.
