Velmi milé a vstřícné jednání po telefonu i e-mailem. Kvalita skříněk předčila mé očekávání za tuto cenu, co s nimi udělá každodenní používání se uvidí :-). Obchod rozhodně doporučuji! I have to praise the shop in all respects and definitely recommend it. Delivery of goods in multiple orders is not a problem, complaints are settled by phone. Very nice and helpful phone and e-mail. The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations for this price, what everyday use will do with them will be seen :-). I definitely recommend the store!
V	Vojta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z tohoto internetového obchodu jsem si objednal kancelářskou židli, došla mi asi 3 dny po objednávce, po složení jsem bohužel zjistil, že mi židle nesedí, proto jsem zažádal o vrácení zboží. Odpověď byla blesková, reklamace bez problémů. Můžu jenom doporučit. I ordered an office chair from this online store, I ran out about 3 days after the order, after unfortunately I found out that the chair did not fit me, so I asked to return the goods. The answer was quick, the complaint without any problems. I can only recommend.

S eshopem z mé strany proběhla ještě rychlá komunikace ohledně změny dodání - vše bezvadné, za což děkuji. Zboží dorazilo v pořádku v požadované kvalitě. Za mě jasně 5 z 5. I ordered a height-adjustable office desk for the best price I could find in terms of quality and equipment. There was also a quick communication with the e-shop about the change of delivery - everything was perfect, for which I thank you. The goods arrived in order in the required quality. Clearly 5 out of 5 for me.

Na nábytku jsou samozřejmě viditelné nějaké chyby z výroby, která by výstupní kontrola neměla pustit, ovšem vždy šlo o nedostatky na nepohledové straně, tudíž, vzhledem k nízké ceně (levnější nábytek než z Ikey) toto přehlížím. Z kování nic nechybělo a manuál na složení taktéž srozumitelný. Jako první nábytek do kanceláře mohu doporučit! Good furniture in price / quality ratio. Super email communication, I wasn't sure of the decor, they sent me a sample home. Of course, there are some manufacturing errors visible on the furniture, which the output control should not allow, but these were always shortcomings on the non-visible side, so, due to the low price (cheaper furniture than Ikey), I overlook this. There was nothing missing from the fittings and the assembly manual was also understandable. As the first office furniture I can recommend!

Takže jinými slovy, židle na design, ale raději nepoužívat. Purchased STACY chairs with a 5-year warranty. During the warranty period, they are in the condition of the photo. Complaint rejected due to wear and tear. So in other words, chairs to design, but prefer not to use.
r	ruzimart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsme zde stůl. Eshop jej doslal hned druhý den a další den jsme si jej mohl vyzvednout v depu TOPTRANS. Stůl byl rozložený na do dvou krabic, dobře připevněn k paletě. Všechno v pořádku. :) We ordered a table here. The e-shop sent it the next day and the next day we could pick it up at the TOPTRANS depot. The table was spread out in two boxes, well attached to the pallet. All right. :)
D	Dušan Repík on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc nerozumím negativním recenzím mých předchůdců. I v této předvánoční době byly ze strany e-shopu okamžité a příjemné reakce a maximální snaha vyhovět. Možná zamakali na své zákaznické lince, možná negativně hodnotí (typicky) idioti, kteří si myslí, že svět se točí jen okolo nich, viz človíček, který se snažil po 5 letech reklamovat opotřebené židle. E-shop má navíc několik certifikací, takže na sobě určitě pracují. Jen bych vytknul trošku šalamounské uvádění ceny bez DPH velkým písmem a s DPH malým, ale možná se jen specializují na B2B režim a tohle vyhovuje jejich cílové skupině. I don't really understand the negative reviews of my predecessors. Even in this pre-Christmas period, the e-shop had immediate and pleasant reactions and maximum effort to comply. Maybe they locked up on their customer lines, maybe (typically) idiots who think that the world revolves only around them, see a little man who tried to complain about worn out chairs after 5 years. In addition, the e-shop has several certifications, so they are definitely working on each other. I would just point out a bit of Solomon's pricing without VAT in capital letters and with VAT in small print, but maybe they just specialize in the B2B regime and this suits their target group.

Asi v prosinci jsem si objednala židle, dorazily rychle, byly nadherný, přesně jako na obrázku, a teď o víkendu jsem si všimla, že se jedna ze židlí začala párat, tak jsem to vyfotila a poslala email na reklamaci, okamžitě příšel mail, že v následujích dnech mi kurýrní služba bude doručovat sedák nový, takže já jsem maximálně spokojená, díky moc s pozdravem Monika 5 stars is not enough. Fast delivery, excellent communication.
