An exceptionally unpleasant experience with the seller / owner. The Lord is obviously very interested in what he is doing, and he probably has good ideas. Unfortunately, all his efforts are in vain due to his character, which has been written about a lot here. In my case, it was mainly an attempt to force a specific "subsidized" type of Therapy on me, even at the cost of sitting better on another Therapia chair. My sincere attempt to explain the reasons why I fit better on other models aroused in the salesman an incomprehensible outrage to me. The owner likes to discuss various topics, which is often the subject of discussion - unfortunately he is not able to accept any other opinion, even if this opinion would actually be for his own benefit. So on Saturday morning, instead of ordering for Therapy, I came home only in a bad mood. I wanted to give 2 * at least for the fact that there is a really wide selection of chairs in the store, and I think that in the case of such a high investment, it is a necessity that, unfortunately, is not seen elsewhere. But my conscience will not allow me to do so because of the approach of the seller, who completely ruined everything. Overall, unfortunately, a very bitter experience, which I will be breathing for a long time.

One star still too ... Replacing a piston on an unused new chair for a lower one cost 14 days of waiting and CZK 3,500 surcharge. original unused piston refused to take back, stupid speech etc .... Never again!

For me something between positive and negative reviews. But rather negative. The man probably knows something about the ergonomics correction, but he really kicks around and behaves like a fool. I finally took the chair in 25k. But what was only an experience when I needed to claim it after less than 2 years. I called in advance if I could come up with a complaint, I even asked by e-mail if I would even provide instructions to fix the chair myself. Everything but I have to come. Then the first sentence, that I will give him several hundred so that if he refused his claim, did not have to pay for transport (: D). I had to argue with him for an hour, and I took a picture of the chair so that it wouldn't destroy it any more. He wrote down the complaint protocol for about half an hour, including ironic chatter. Fortunately at the factory repair OK, within a month he called me to come and leave, apologized that sometimes does not behave correctly: D For assertive people with a taste to meet interesting people I recommend even if you are not interested in the chair. For people who get shit on their head definitely not! :)

I don't quite understand some comments here. If you sit for most of the day and your back hurts, this store is the right place. Mr. salesman / owner is a real expert and DO NOT worry about the time you spend there. I configured my chair for 3-4 hours, but now I have it and I am completely SATISFIED. The time and money are worth it, because you will spend 1000 times more time on it.

For me an amazing hour full of information about chair settings. I came with my colleague at the end of closing time, but the owner gave us about 1 hour and demonstrated, described and told how to set up the chair correctly (including practical testing of every detail). The way I recommended sitting (almost lying down) in an hour of using a chair seemed very comfortable and I felt that my programmer's back was stopping. (Therapia chairs except for the small details that the seller mentioned knows what he does). I haven't bought a chair yet, I need a comparison from several sources, but for me I recommend trying out the store and listening to the lecture !!

The Therapia chair is really a "Mercedes" between the chairs and Mr. Janů, the owner of the shop, can also provide comprehensive information about it. He is an expert in chairs every inch, who puts not only deep knowledge and time into his work, but also his heart and passion. In other stores with office chairs, I didn't come across such excellent advice by chance, there the seller usually spends about 5 minutes there, and if you ask him how to set up what, he just starts looking. Here they make time for the customer. In addition, the Therapia chair is a really high-quality product, adjustable to all types of figures, with optional accessories, cover, color - everything is ordered and made to order and tailored to the customer. I do not regret the crown and thank you :)

This shop was recommended to me by a colleague who had been buying a chair here a few years before and had warned me in advance that the salesman was a little quirky. So I was kind of counting on it. I arranged a visit by phone so that the gentleman could attend to me. In the end, I was in the store twice - the first time for about 3 hours, the second time it was faster (about 2 hours). And I don't regret the time yet. I'm happy with the chair. Yes, Mr. the salesman could forgive sometimes unnecessary and a little strange comments, he could also sometimes explain something better to you (the chair has a lot of levers and when I just did not know what it is for, then he reminded me a little arrogantly that it already said and that it is clear that it is this or that). However, I went to look in another similar store and there the master took about 5 minutes, he said that the best is Therapia and that was basically the only information I got. Here, for 3 hours, the salesman described both the advantages and disadvantages of each system, so I learned a lot and I could decide according to my needs. I don't think business is for everyone. Anyone who is just looking for a good chair is used to reading a few reviews on eureka and decides accordingly, and when he decides on something, he doesn't want anyone to talk to him about it, so he doesn't want to come here. But if you choose a chair, you want to put more money in it and sometimes overcome a bit of controversial behavior of the seller, then be sure to go there. Fortunately, I have no experience with complaints yet, but if it happens, I will see how it behaves and possibly adjust the rating;).
