Nechat se sebou vyjebávat, když chci někde utratit peníze, je velmi zvláštní zkusenost. Nakonec jsem odjel bez nákupu. So don't really buy anything here! Takže kyselý "obličej" paní za okénkem mi úplně nevadí, nechodím tam na večeře, ale jen zaplatit :-) UPDATE: Skoda, ze se prestehovali a ztratili tak devizu dostupnosti. Reklamaci mi neuznali, je prý je to přirozená vlastnost konstrukční překližky. Nejdřív zaplatíte (nefungoval jim platební terminál, takže jsem ještě musel pro hotovost do bankomatu), pak vám vydají prohnutou desku a neuznají reklamaci. Dřevo mají uskladněné v otevřené stodole v blátě, pak nemá být prohnuté. Sbohem Kaplane!!! I bought 3 boards of the highest quality multiplex 21mm. You pay first (the payment terminal didn't work, so I still had to go to the ATM for cash), then they give you a curved plate and do not accept the claim. Zato personál na výdeji byl naprosto špičkový - přesto, že jsme zdržovali, nám pánové na pile upravili nákup dle našich specifických požadavků a ještě nám dali pár dobrých rad. Do pár hodin dovezeno nové dřevo ve správném formátu přímo na adresu. Velmi ochotní zaměstnanci, překližky bez jediné vady. Komunikace rychlá a vstřícná emailem i po telefonu, při objednání dopravy pomůžou vynést. Jediná nevýhoda pro lidi bez auta - doprava je dražší než u jiných firem stejného zaměření.
