 You can see the chapel from afar, because it is located at the top of Mědník. It has a nice view of the surroundings.

Beautiful viewpoint on top of the copper hill, perfect circular view and carefully maintained chapel on top. Not far below the summit is the accessible historical gallery of the Promised Earth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Místo z velice zajímavou histórií, které leží na severu Krušných hor. Vuz jsem zaparkovali na veřejném a bezplatném parkovišti u Obecního úřadu a dali jsme se stezkou hore ke kapli. Kopec je značne poddolovaný z propady na některých místech a nedoporučuji zajít mimo vyznačenou stezku ! Obzvláště si hlídejte děti ! Na vrchole je kaple a hlavne nádherný výhled na ne všechny strany. Místo se také proslule filmem ,,rekviem pro panenku". Památník této tragické udalosti je umístěn v pravé straně pozemku. Z místa teto tragédie jsme měli husí kůži...
A place with a very interesting history, which lies in the north of the Ore Mountains. We parked the car in the public and free parking lot at the Municipal Office and took the path up to the chapel. The hill is quite undermined by dips in some places and I do not recommend going off the marked path! Especially look after the children! At the top is a chapel and especially a beautiful view of not all sides. The place is also famous for the film "Requiem for a Doll". The memorial to this tragic event is located on the right side of the plot. From the site of this tragedy, we had goosebumps ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Krásný výhled do okolí, jednoduchý výstup, parkoviště případně přímo pod kopečkem. V Měděnci je restaurace s výdejním stolkem, mají turistické vizitky, pití i smažák.
Beautiful view of the surroundings, easy ascent, parking or directly under the hill. In Měděnec there is a restaurant with a serving table, they have tourist business cards, drinks and a fryer.
