A simple sacral object on a rectangular floor plan was built in the town´s Prague suburbs in 1711. It is dedicated to St. Isidore, a popular patron saint of peasants. At the site of the altar once stood an artistically valuable wooden polychrome statue of a saint in life size. During the church reforms of Emperor Joseph II. the chapel was abolished in 1783. It was consecrated again in 1830 as a cemetery one, when a new town cemetery was established around it. It served until 1912, when it was moved to the southern edge of the city due to a lack of grave sites. The building was renovated at the beginning of the 21st century.
