Na základě „doporučení“ manželova kolegy jsme se s panem Čechem domluvili na realizaci koupelny, záchodu a dlažby v technické místnosti. Jelikož je údajně šikovný, rozhodli jsme se počkat na realizaci 2 měsíce. I když už to odsouval po pár dnech, tak došlo na týden, kdy nám měl pan Čech koupelnu dělat. Přijel v pátek, domluvit se, jak přesně budou místnosti vypadat. Vzal si od nás klíče, že začne v pondělí, a my s manželem budeme oba v práci. Nicméně už v tu chvíli se zmínil, že jsme jeho poslední zakázka na koupelnu, že teď už má lepší lukrativnější zakázky. Bohužel peníze s člověkem udělají hodně. A to se i potvrdilo. Ještě v neděli večer nám pan Čech sice poslal opravené materiály, aby to nevypadalo, že si to rozmyslel. Ale v pondělí bylo vše jinak. Najednou měl pan Čech plno výmluv, proč nám po dvouměsíčním čekání zakázku zrušil ze dne na den. Nezlobte se, ale tohle je z Vaší strany po dvouměsíčním čekání vyloženě prasárna. A i když máte určitě x argumentů, které jste nám řekl, tak vše jsou stejně pouze výmluvy a tohle se nedělá!!! Nám už tohle nepomůže, ale snad to aspoň trošku dopomůže tomu, aby Vám někdo další takhle nenaletěl. I have my personal experience with Mr. Čech, which I would like to share. Based on the "recommendation" of my husband's colleague, Mr. Čech and I agreed on the implementation of a bathroom, toilet and tiles in the technical room. As he is supposedly handy, we decided to wait 2 months for the realization. Even though he was postponing it after a few days, it was a week when Mr. Čech was supposed to do our bathroom. He arrived on Friday to agree on exactly what the rooms would look like. He took the keys from us, starting on Monday, and my husband and I will both be at work. However, he had already mentioned at that moment that we were his last order for the bathroom, that he now had better, more lucrative orders. Unfortunately, money will do a lot with a person. And that was confirmed. Even on Sunday evening, Mr. Čech sent us the corrected materials so that it would not seem that he had changed his mind. But on Monday, everything was different. Suddenly, Mr. Čech had many excuses why he canceled our order from day to day after two months of waiting. Don't get mad, but this is exactly a pigsty for you after two months of waiting. And even if you definitely have x arguments that you told us, everything is just an excuse anyway and this is not done !!! This won't help us anymore, but maybe it will help a little so that someone else doesn't fly to you like that.

Dokonce neměl ani problém v průběhu realizace změnit plány podle našich dalších požadavků a jiných úprav než na kterých jsme se domluvili na začátku. Vzhledem k dobré komunikaci a dobré spolupráci počítáme s panem Čechem na realizaci dalších prací na našem rodinném domku. Už jsme ho i doporučili našim známým, kde realizace zakázek proběhla v naprostém pořádku a vždy ke spokojenosti všech zúčastněných. Mr. Čech carried out the reconstruction of the land into children's rooms and sanitary facilities. Everything took place according to the agreed conditions and time schedule. It did not even have a problem during the implementation to change the plans according to our other requirements and other adjustments than the ones we agreed at the beginning. Due to good communication and good cooperation, we are counting on Mr. Čech to carry out further work on our family house. We have already recommended it to our acquaintances, where the implementation of orders took place in perfect order and always to the satisfaction of all involved.
