Myslel jsem si, že když má předražené věci, že případné reklamace vyřizuje kladně... Bohužel po 9 letech nastala první reklamace a naschvál ji neuznali.. Slíbili že jakmile obdrží reklamaci na prodejně dají mi vědět. Nestalo se tak jenom reklamovanou věc zabalili a odeslali zpět. Takto řeší firma reklamace. Neumějí ani zabalit pořádně zásilky. Pruty hodí do obyčejné krabice bez dostatečné výplně! PROTO SE NEVYPLATÍ U NIKLA KUPOVAT PŘEDRAŽENÉ VĚCI!! I do not recommend Nickel! I bought things from the company for 9 years. Things at Nick are overpriced than at competitors. I thought that if he has overpriced things, he handles any complaints positively ... Unfortunately, after 9 years, the first complaint occurred and deliberately did not recognize it .. They promised that as soon as they received a complaint at the store they would let me know. It did not just pack the claimed thing and send it back. This is how the company handles complaints. They can't even pack packages properly. Rods fit into an ordinary box without sufficient fill! Therefore, it is not worthwhile to buy overpriced items!
