S rozlohou přes 214 hektarů se jedná o třetí největší chráněné území v rámci této chráněné krajinné oblasti. Bylo vytvořeno Karlickým potokem ve vápencové hornině. Stráně nad údolím jsou pokryty listnatými lesy. Ve středu údolí stával na příkrém kopci hrádek Karlík, ze kterého tu zůstaly jen terénní nerovnosti, příkop a nepatrná část rozpadajícího se zdiva. The beautiful nature reserve in the Protected Landscape Area of Český Kras is situated on the slopes of Karlický brook between the villages of Roblín, Karlík and Vonoklasy. With an area of over 214 hectares it is the third largest protected area within this local protected landscape area. It was created by the Karlický brook in the limestone rock. The slopes above the valley are covered with deciduous forests. In the middle of the valley, Karlík Castle stood on the steep hill, leaving only terrain unevenness, a ditch and a tiny part of the decaying masonry. The beautiful nature reserve in the area of the Český Kras Protected Landscape Area is located on the slopes around the Karlický brook between the villages of Roblín, Karlík and Vonoklasy. With an area of over 214 hectares, it is the third largest protected area within this protected landscape area. It was created by Karlický stream in limestone rock. The slopes above the valley are covered with deciduous forests.
