Pokaždé, když byl jsem tady, tato osoba nemohla omezit svůj proud drzosti. Jídla a káva jsou průměrné, často není čerstvé. The roughest and worst service with in my life. If you want to be humiliated by an unpleasant lady with black hair, visit this place. Every time I was here, this person couldn't limit his audacity. Food and coffee are average, often not fresh.

Slečna si bezdůvodně otevírá pusu na zákazníky přinejmenším o 1-2 generace starší, než je ona sama, přitom má ale sama problém zapamatovat si dvě věci za sebou. Možná kdyby neměla plnou pusu připomínek vůči zákazníkům, šla by jí její vlastní práce lépe. Vzhledem k velké konkurenci pekáren, kaváren a obchodů v okolí doporučuji se tohoto "zážitku" ušetřit a nakoupit si jinde. Free and unpleasant service. Miss opens her mouth to customers at least 1-2 generations older than herself, but she has the problem of remembering two things behind her. Perhaps if she did not have a full mouth of comments to her customers, her own work would be better for her. Due to the great competition of bakeries, cafes and shops in the neighborhood I recommend to save this experience and buy somewhere else.

An unpleasant young lady who, with her annoyed expression and tone of voice, made it quite clear to me that she was being bothered by the staff. I will definitely not come here again.

Zaparkovat okolo je problém (max na blikacky na vytížené ulici). Good quality products and good sandwiches mostly prepared that day. On the corner of Semilasso and close to many stops. Parking around is a problem (max on the flashers on a busy street).

J	John Suire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every now and then some place or other reminds me how far Brno in general has come in service, by showing me the sort of service that used to be really common when I first moved here almost 10 years ago. I popped in here (after having to divert to get cash from a bankomat, as they don't seem to take credit cards), and ordered two vrut se skorice. I paid with a 200 CZK note, and the serviceperson seemed to be struggling with making change. So, in my admittedly bad (but still reasonably understandable, or so I've been often told) Czech, I told her I had some change that might make it easier to pay back the extra. Immediately she starts with the "Ježiš Marie's" and huffy attitude. Throws my 200 CZK note on the counter, and asks what it is I want. I said I was only trying to make things easier, but she continues ranting beyond my ability to understand her. I finally got my change, and not so much as a thank you for frequenting her business. Have no fear, though, grumpy salesperson. Next time, I'll just go across the street to Albert to buy mediocre baked goods, where I can be insulted and treated with contempt at MY convenience instead of yours. At least there they take credit cards... Bonus points: The vrut se skorice were stale...
