Jsem velice příjemně přístupem personálu v této nemocnici. Přijeli jsme s 8mi letým synem s rozseklým obočím po pádu. Od paní na recepci, sestry na příjmu, lékaře/lékařky i sestry v ordinacích, personál oslovený na chodbách a i v chybně navštívených odděleních, byli všichni nesmírně ochotní, empatičtí, pohotoví, profesionální, nápomocní. Opravdu klobouk dolů. Nikdy jsem se s podobným zážitkem nesetkala. Nebyla tam jediná osoba, která by dala najevo nezájem. Výslovné děkuji patří MUDr. Vlasta Bušovská a MUDr. Tomáš Vyhlídka a jejím dnešním sestrám, kterých jména bohužel nemáme. Syn byl ošetřen s tak výbornou péčí, že na tento nepříjemný zážitek bude vzpomínat dobře. Děkuji Vám moc
I am very comfortable with the staff at this hospital. We arrived with an 8-year-old son with wide eyebrows after the fall. From the receptionist, the reception nurses, the doctors in the surgeries, the staff addressed in the corridors and in the incorrectly visited wards, they were all extremely helpful, empathetic, alert, professional, helpful. Really hat down. I have never had a similar experience. There was not a single person who showed interest. Explicit thank you to MUDr. Vlasta Bušovská and MUDr. Tomáš Vyhlídka and her current sisters, whose names we unfortunately do not have. The son was treated with such excellent care that he will remember this unpleasant experience well. Thank you very much

ORL TRAUMATIZUJÍCÍ zkušenost kdy jedete s akutní bolestí a lékař vás odmítne vyšetřit v devět hodin ráno,přesto, že jste v čekárně jediný pacient. Jeho důvod Vzkázal po arogantní sestře a ten byl, že odchází na vizitu, jelikož je údajně jediným lékařem. (laicky si myslím, že ležící pacienti jsou již ošetření s analgetiky a sestrami po ruce.) Mám perforaci bubínku a s touto bolestí jsem byla nucena navštívit CHEB, kde se veškerý personál divil, co si pan lékař dovolil. Zde mi svou péčí a přístupem ukázali, že se i přes bolest vyplatí vydržet další půl hodiny cesty. Než ztrácet čas, energii a nervy v KV, kde jsem byla NAPOSLEDY a totéž doporučuji každému kdo zvažuje tento špitál navštívit. Zklamala jsem se na všech odděleních, ale po letech jsem tomu dala šanci a opět vidím, že to byla chyba. Zlatý Google. Vyšetří lépe.

I have a perforated eardrum and with this pain I was forced to visit CHEB, where all the staff wondered what the doctor allowed himself. Here, with their care and attitude, they showed me that despite the pain, it pays to stay another half hour. Rather than wasting time, energy and nerves in KV, where I was LAST and I recommend the same to anyone considering visiting this hospital. I was disappointed in all the departments, but after years I gave it a chance and again I saw that it was a mistake. Golden Google. He'll investigate better.

Táta po operaci žlučového kamene musel akutně na ambulanci kvůli infekci. Pan MUDr. Michal Šurík ho prohlédl, udělal co bylo potřeba a za 7 dni ( po dobrani antibiotika) jsme se měli vrátit na kontrolu tady či v Motolu. Po 7 dnech, kdy jsme přišli na plánovanou kontrolu, Pan doktor Jan Rusnák ( urologicke oddělení) byl zcela neochotny, zvedal hlas bez důvodu. Po příchodu odmítal jakkoliv mého tátu vyšetřit (důvodem, ze operace proběhla v Motolu). Nechali nás tam čekat 2 hodiny a nakonec jediné co nám pak MuDr. Jan Rusnák sdělil je, ze bere táta správná antibiotika a ze se máme jet vyšetřit do motolu. Také, ze jsme si měli zjistit předešlé výsledky přes telefon, který NEFUNGOVAL. Jako každý člověk máme právo na vyšetření a pokud odmítáte pacienta z jakéhokoliv důvodu, měli byste dat nejaky poradny Důvod. Práce doktorů si vážím, avšak s takovým přístupem jako měl pan Rusnák byl zcela Neprofesionalni, agorantni.
Dad had to go to the ambulance acutely after gallstone surgery due to an infection. Mr. MUDr. Michal Šurík examined him, he did what was needed and in 7 days (after taking the antibiotic) we were to return for a check here or in Motol. After 7 days, when we came to the scheduled inspection, Dr. Jan Rusnák (urology department) was completely reluctant, raising his voice for no reason. Upon arrival, he refused to examine my dad in any way (due to the fact that the operation took place in Motol). They let us wait there for 2 hours and finally the only thing that MuDr. Jan Rusnák told them that my father was taking the right antibiotics and that we should go to the motol examination. Also, we should have found previous results over the phone, which did NOT work. Like everyone else, we have the right to an examination and if you reject a patient for any reason, you should give some counseling reason. I appreciate the work of doctors, but with such an approach as Mr. Rusnák had, he was completely unprofessional, agorant.

I can only be extremely satisfied with the level of care in this hospital. Arrived late on a Friday night for a kidney stone emergency, was then hospitalized and scheduled for ureteroscopy on Sunday. In the meantime while I waited, the sisters and everyone were very nice and helpful. There was some inflammation later, so I had to stay a few more days and get a stent placed. Also, food was surprisingly good. Coming from a poorer country, I was able to compare and absolutely everything was much better, I didn't have any worries. Big thanks to MUDr. Veronika Kal'atová, MUDr. Nicolette Zavillová and all of the staff!!! I'm fortunate to have been in Karlovy Vary and be admitted in KKN.

OMG they attempted to KEEP MY PASSPORT until I paid the bill and brought a payment receipt, after the gyne doctor's exam. They have no right to keep anyone passports and yet they do it. I am pretty sure this is ILLEGAL. In addition, very disorganized - you come there and there is nobody to check you in. The actual gyne doctor was OK but my experience was disappointing.
