Confused staff, explained by a surprise for a colleague on vacation, ignorance of the assortment. Wide range, favorable prices. Payment at the checkout, a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jen jsem doručil paletu nákladním automobilem. Byl jsem uvnitř prodejny a měli výborné zboží za přijatelné ceny. Prodejna byla čistá a personál perfektní. Doporučuji, dávám všechny hvězdy.
I just delivered the pallet by truck. I was inside the store and had excellent goods at affordable prices. The shop was clean and the staff perfect. I recommend, I give all the stars.

The most expensive store in the Czech Republic. 2x more expensive than anywhere else, even more expensive than manufacturers' price lists. I'll never go there again, even if they were the last store in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm building a house here and was recommended to Karpem by a friend ,just experienced my first racism from the girl on the counter,I had a list of things I needed ,I explained I don't speak czech ,with her replying in English "I live in czech so I speak czech ,so I didn't get what I needed ,never had this problem at the other builders
