Trať na Kadaň je bez osobní dopravy a na trati Žatec - Plzeň sice vlaky jezdí, ale v úseku Žatec - Žihle jen rychlíky, osobní vlaky jezdí jen na území Plzeňského kraje (Žihle - Plzeň). Ústecký kraj žádné osobní vlaky neobjednává, proto v úseku Žihle - Žatec osobní vlaky nejezdí. Smutné...
