★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year a lot of improvement as the check out is reorganised and self check our added - 4 stars now.
Long queues all the time. On average up to 10 min waiting time. Generally friendly staff apart few 'princes' who are not prepared to working with customers. Always a bit messy at fruits section where the items are not properly matched by the price tags.
Reviewed some time later, must admit the service is getting worse.

I wait for over 50 minutes.
Custumers take keys home and leave.
I don't want to put bad mark but as a turist I was put in bad situation with luggage and therefore not been able to go shopping

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge queues so don't expect a quick visit, and the soft fruit is in dreadful condition. Checkout staff impolite (though probably overworked and underpaid). Definitely will not go back!
