★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bakery specifically in the Jicin Branch- I pre-ordered cakes and Clebiceks for a birthday. i went to get them and the little man with glasses and woman started yelling at me, and said no...Only 20. So I said fine, give me 20.....I tried to explain that I reserved 25 the day before, but they did not understand me. Then I said 19, and they threw them in a box -Review - Staff in bakery were rude - Unprofessional - and just plaiin nasty, Cistomer service gets a 1 star
