★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Market allocated in downtown of Kopřivnice. Opposite is next shopping center. Actually closed for reconstruction all areal. In special days can to be problem with parking. Inside areal are also small private shops. And is also possible to seat in sweet shop to take something small to food or only drink coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissatisfied with the staff. Very poor customer service. I had to chase down all the employees. None could help me, just pointed where the product should be while all along I'm showing them a similar product so I obviously already went there. They all sent me to customer service of which I went first and she was just as inept in her job. When I demanded a manager they sent a cashier, I know this cause he had just open his register cause there was a long line. So. I moved into his line, while I was there in line writing my complaint without warning he threw up his sign and went back into the office. Maybe to watch the Olympics. Not 1 manager present in the entire store. When I showed the "fill in manager" the product I wanted he said it comes from Germany. When I told him his store is a German owned store he had no response. I guess he's never looked at the map but Czechia does border with Germany, not like its coming from another continent. This is typical "customer service" in Czechia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best supermarket in Kopřivnice. There are a lot of fresh vegetables, a lot of different brands of products. Also you can buy there very cheap e.g. in discounts. The employees are very kind and helpful. I've been also working exactly in that supermarket for a part time job and i don't have any problems.
