Paní prodavačka byla velmi ochotná, trpěliva a velmi dobře mi poradila. U všech požadovaných uzenin mi sdělila obsah a druh masa a pomohla mi i s výběrem sýrů. Byla jsem moc spokojená a poněvadž jsem si všimla i jména na vizitce, moc Vám Marcelo děkuji za super přístup a skvělý nákup. Jitka L. Hello, on 4.5. In 2022 I was in your shop about 15.10 - 15.20 to buy sausages, salads and cheeses to celebrate. The saleswoman was very helpful, patient and advised me very well. For all the required sausages, she told me the content and type of meat and also helped me with the selection of cheeses. I was very satisfied and since I also noticed the name on the business card, thank you very much Marcelo for a great approach and a great purchase. Jitka L.

Slogan nesoucí se prodejnou jak je jim čas zákazníků drahý je velmi vtipný, zvlášť pokud čekáte na vyřízení reklamace predraženého nákupu 47 minut!!!!!!Na reklamaci se ale prý slogan nevztahuje,to mi přišlo velmi úsměvné, no,spíše mě to hezky nakrklo, po 30 minutách čekání. Dalších 17 minut jsem měl asi jako bonus za drzost...Od té doby nákup nikdy cenově nesouhlasil,pokorně jsem se vzdal reklamace a už tam nevlezu.... Absolutely untrained staff, especially on information, complaints, self-service cash registers. The slogan carried by the store, how expensive their customers' time is, is very funny, especially if you are waiting for the complaint of an overpriced purchase to be processed for 47 minutes !!!!!! crouched, after 30 minutes of waiting. I had another 17 minutes as a bonus for audacity ... Since then, the purchase has never agreed to the price, I humbly gave up the complaint and I will not get there ....

So a big shop like Kaufland could do more than just "advise". It would be your duty to not allow people without masks in the shop. You have also the right to not sell anything to people without masks. But ya... everything for the gain...

Kaufland is one of the largest chain supermarket available around Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland etc. You can buy all food products and house hold products here. They have separate section for butchers, cheese etc. One stop shop for everything.
