★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store layout was very confusing. Staff were unhelpful. The self-checkout had a complicated operating system which required 5 separate button presses to confirm that yes, I actually did want to pay for my chocolate bar (as opposed to what, taking it away without paying?). It also only took card payments. Oh, and don't bother with the English language setting, because the error messages are only available in Czech. And once I'd paid for my item, I found my way out from the self-checkout area blocked by a locked automatic gate.
