Káva je kvalitní a nikdy mě nezklamala. Za mě nejlepší obchod. Výdejní místo Zásilkovny je příjemný bonus. When I read the negative comments, I just shake my head. Utratil jsem tam již nemálo peněz, ale očividně své zákazníky rádi nemají a jsou jim jen na obtíž. Byla chyba tam cokoliv nakupovat. P	Petr Urbanovský on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nehodnotím kávu, ale přístup. V objednávce dorazil jeden sáček kávy nezatavený a z valné části rozsypaný po krabici. Stav jsem nafotil a poslal k reklamaci obchodu. Jak se později ukázalo, ke zdárné reklamaci je potřeba poslat i rozsypanou kávu zpět. Během víkendu jsme ale kávu, která zůstala v pytlíku (cca 100g z 500g), spotřebovali a zbytek vyhodili (neměli jsme chuť na kávu s příchutí krabice od bot). V případě domácího spotřebiče nebo třeba domácích potřeb chápu nutnost poslat artikl zpět, ale tuhle situaci bych spíše přirovnal k požadavku na vrácení krabice s rozlitým mlékem. Navíc se vtírá pocit, že by se vrátila stejná káva jen v jiném obalu. Reklamace tedy nebyla uznána, byla jen nabídnuta sleva 3 % na další nákup. To mi vzhledem k tomu, že díky chybě obchodu jsme mohli zužitkovat jen 1/5 balíčku, přijde nedostatečné. Doporučuji ohlédnout se po jiném obchodě s prozákaznickým přístupem. K	Kamil Hnátek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jejich káva sebou mi prostě nechutná, hodně přepálená, až bez chuti, a to myslím, že nejsem kávový barbar (mám jak kávovar, tak filtr a mlýnek). Mohli by mít i sójové nebo ovesné mléko pro alergiky, to ale není standard. I just don't like their coffee, it's very burnt, I don't like it, and I don't think I'm a coffee barbarian (I have both a coffee machine and a filter and a grinder). They could also have soy or oat milk for allergy sufferers, but this is not standard.
J	Jana Šauerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kávu bohužel nemohu posoudit, protože jsem byla tak znechucena jednáním obsluhy (nejspíš majitel), že jsem raději odešla bez ní. Šla jsem si pro balíček ze Zásilkovny, na dveřích přečetla nápis, že je uvnitř povolen jeden člověk, který nakupuje a jeden do Zásilkovny (uvnitř byl jeden nakupující). Paní čekající venku mne sama pustila, že ona jde pro kávu. Vstoupila jsem a pán se na mne velmi neurvale obořil, že mám odejít se slovy "To neumíte číst?!". Venku jsem tedy v zimě počkala (bohužel balíček tam nechat nešlo) a zeptala se, jak tedy myslí tu ceduli. Opět velmi nepříjemným způsobem mne okřikl, že venku je ještě jedna cedule, kde je napsáno, že když se praží, dovnitř může jen jeden člověk. To ale logicky zvenku na první dobrou nezjistíte. A i kdyby, dá se to říct i jinak. S nechutí jsem tedy převzala balíček, kafe s sebou i nákup vánočních kávových dárků si odpustila a do obchodu já sama už nevkročím, znechucená paní z fronty také ne. Doufám, že pán někdy pochopí, jak se chovat nejen zákazníkům, ale především k lidem. So I waited outside in the winter (unfortunately I couldn't leave the package there) and asked what he meant by the sign. Again, in a very unpleasant way, he shouted at me that there was another sign outside that said that when it was roasted, only one person could enter. But logically, you won't find out from the outside on the first good. And even if that could be said otherwise. So I reluctantly took over the package, forgave the coffee with me and the purchase of Christmas coffee gifts, and I would not enter the store alone, nor was the disgusted lady in the queue. I hope that the master will sometimes understand how to treat not only customers but above all people.

This spot is tiny and fits 1 person at a time, there was a constant queue and i had to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes before i could pick it up. Double the inconvenience when there are other pickup spots closer to where i live...
