★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's lucky my nut allergy isn't severe, because when I ordered an iced coffee with chocolate iceceam off the menu, nothing mentioned the chocolate iceceam was packed with nuts. I'd already had a couple of mouthfuls before I realised and when I asked the waitress if there were nuts in it she plainly stated "yes, in the chocolate iceceam" and when said was allergic to nuts she just pointed at my other half and said "can't he drink it" despite him already having a drink of his own. I pointed out the fact there's nothing on the menu to state it contains nuts and she still acted as though it was my fault??? (which I've looked up and it's actually an EU Regulation they're in breech of)
I asked for a glass of water to reduce the symptoms and I was charged for that as well as the drink I couldn't physically consume. So we paid 276 Kc for one iced late, a glass of tap water and an allergic reaction.
Customer service is beyond shocking, cats are adorable, but not enough to make up for being hot and itchy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a lovely time at Kavarna Kocici! They serve some really delicious coffee and other drinks (do try out the lavender cappuccino, you won't be dissapointed!) and have a nice selection of cakes. Sadly, they didn't have any vegan cakes today, but they do have plant milks for the coffee (for extra 25Kc). The interior is very nicely decorated and is very stylish, and they even have little shelves with books on them if you feel like reading. You can see they put a lot of love into making this cat cafe:). The staff is very friendly as well and the cats are absolutely adorable. They appeared a little stressed or tired today and weren't too interested in cuddles/pets, but maybe that was just the time of the day. A lovely place for all cat lovers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hiden lovely cafe for absolutely all cat lovers! Clean, cozy, you can pet/play with the cats. They serve very tasty cakes and coffee. I had lavender cappuccino and it was great :) my personal advice is do not order cheesecake, because the cats will chase after you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an amazing experience, the cats were beautiful, friendly and calm. I fell in love with this little ginger cutie ?
There is a lot of space, no reservation needed. There was no unpleasant smell in the cafe.
I had coconut cheesecake and gin espresso tonic - it was tasty, but nothing special - the cafe is still worth visiting when you love cats and want to have a nice cup of coffee.
The staff spoke English enough to be able to take the order.
There is a mandatory entrance fee - 39 Kč per person.
