★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup obsluhy jsem nepochopila já, ani žáci - už jen svou přítomností jsme v kavárně obtěžovali! Jen během první minuty "nesmíte, nejde, neudělám.. " příště už raději kávu s sebou ?.
I did not understand the attitude of the staff or the students - just by their presence we bothered in the cafe! Just during the first minute "you can't, don't go, I won't .." next time you prefer to take coffee with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neskutecne neprijemna pani - obsluha. Zakaznici si pripadaji jako otravny hmyz, byli jsme s detmi na exkurzi, odmitla udelat jidlo z nabidky a chovala se velmi neprijemne. Palec dolu. Takto opravdu nema vypadat pristup k zakaznikum, jak detem, tak dospelym.
An incredibly unpleasant lady - attendant. Customers feel like annoying insects, we were with children on an excursion, refused to eat food and behaved very uncomfortably. Thumb down. This is not really how to approach the customer, both children and adults.
