Excellent meal. Service very pleasant. They went out of their way to meet us. It is worth visiting the restaurant.

Neustále kontrolují, zdali něco nepotřebujeme. Především slečna s tetováním, která vždy pobaví a je vždy pozitivně naladěná Chodíme sem velice rádi. Je tu moc hezká a přátelská atmosféra. Obdivuji je, jak zvládají obsluhovat, když je plná kavárna, vůbec se nezastaví. Sice člověk musí chvilku počkat, ale to je samozřejmé. Je vidět, že sem lidi chodí moc rádi. Přijdeme zas! One of the best cafes in the area. The food is always excellent, a wide range of drinks and cakes. We can't bother. The staff is always helpful and very helpful. They are constantly checking to see if we need anything. Especially a young lady with a tattoo, who always entertains and is always in a positive mood. We like to come here very much. There is a very nice and friendly atmosphere. I admire them, how they manage to serve, when the cafe is full, they don't stop at all. One has to wait a while, but that goes without saying. You can see that people like to come here. We will come again!

Byla plná kavárna, ale místo se uvolnilo, tak jsme se posadili.Po deseti minutách bez jakékoliv reakce od obsluhy jsem šla k baru s dotazem na nabídku pití. Obsluha mě posadila s nepříjemným tónem zpět ke stolku, s tím, že nás obslouží. Dalších deset minut a kolegyně přinesla nápojový/jídelní lístek. Po dalších desti minutách, obsluha jdoucí kolem našeho stolku se sesbíraným nádobím z herny, právě včas vyslechla mou poznámku na dlouhotrvajici objednání. Ta vzteklá a drzost s jakou mi sdělila, že má plno, vskutku neodpovídá osobě, která má jednat mile se zákazníkem. Chápu obsazenost cukrárny, ale šlo se úplně normálně omluvit třeba.... promiňte, máme tady plno, počkali byste? A ne nepřiměřeně se osočovat na zákazníka. Nevím jak se dotyčná jmenuje, ale vřele jí doporučuji, aby změnila zaměstnání, jednak jí to zřejmě nebaví a také neumí jednat se zákazníkem. Do tohoto podniku už nikdy nepůjdeme a rozhodně ani nedoporučím ostatním. Today, March 7, 2022 at 4:45 PM, we came with my son Tomášek. The cafe was full, but the place became free, so we sat down. After ten minutes without any reaction from the staff, I went to the bar asking for a drink. The staff sat me back at the table with an unpleasant tone, saying that they would serve us. Another ten minutes and a colleague brought a drink / menu. After another ten minutes, the staff walking around our table with the dishes collected from the game room, just in time heard my remark on the long-running order. The anger and audacity with which she told me that she was full does not really correspond to the person who is supposed to treat the customer kindly. I understand the occupancy of the confectionery, but it was perfectly normal to apologize, for example .... I'm sorry, we're full here, would you wait? And not disproportionately targeting the customer. I don't know her name, but I highly recommend that she change her job, both she doesn't like it and she also can't deal with the customer. We will never go to this company again and I will definitely not recommend it to others.
