P	Petra Staříková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla zima, káva dobrá nebyla, hodinu jsme seděli s tim že jsme si pl sobě sklidili taci s prázdnými hrnky. Obsluha se už neukázala, zaplatit jsme si museli jit k baru. It was cold, the coffee was not good, we sat for an hour with ourselves harvesting taci with empty mugs. The staff did not show up anymore, we had to pay to go to the bar.

Museli jsme si dojit pro objednací lístek, a ani po té se obsluha nedostavila. Takže jsme si museli dojit objednat k baru sami. The cafeteria is good, but unfortunately after half an hour the staff did not want to visit us. We had to milk for the order card, and even after that the staff did not come. So we had to milk to order to the bar ourselves.
J	Jan Zboncak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kavárna jako taková funguje jenom proto že skrz ní člověk projde při cestě do kinosálu jinak ostuda. Ostatně kino je taky jediná věc co se majiteli podle mě daří. The café as such works only because one goes through it on the way to the cinema hall, otherwise it is a disgrace. After all, cinema is also the only thing that I think the owner is doing.
P	Petra Malečková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moc příjemná, útulná a stylová kavárna. Kávu mají fajn, i poháry a další. Jediné, co byla při naší návštěvě doslova tragédie, byla obsluha... Tak uvidíme příště.. :) Very nice, cozy and stylish cafe. Coffee is fine, even cups and more. The only thing that was literally a tragedy during our visit was the service ... So we will see next time :)

Pro lístek jsme si museli dojít a pak vše objednávat u baru protože servírky nechodili. A bohužel jsme nebyli jediný. Myslela jsem, že servis nestíhá, ale když jsem si přišla objednat tak všechny tři holky seděly a kecaly. Skoda, snad příště narazim na lepší obsluhu. Sitting and environment pleasant, but everything spoils the operator. We were here yesterday and a disaster. For the ticket we had to go and then order everything at the bar because waitresses did not go. And unfortunately we weren't the only ones. I thought the service was out, but when I came to order all three girls were sitting and talking. Skoda, hopefully next time I come across better service.
V	Vít Karták on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slečny z obsluhy si před námi zanadávaly, že jim přijde objednaný oběd zrovna, když tu mají lidi (nás). Poté zase, že alespoň doufají, že nikdo další nepřijde, když venku prší. Kafe děs, zaplatit jsme museli na baru. Příště jinam, ale kam? V Lounech to je s pohostinstvím slabota. The ladies from the service in front of us insisted that they would have the ordered lunch just when they had people (us) here. Then again, at least they hope no one else comes when it's raining outside. Coffee scare, we had to pay at the bar. Next time elsewhere, but where? In Louny it is a weakness with hospitality.

Paní zapomněla přinést již zaplacenou kávu a na mou výzvu ji s notnou dávkou arogance přinesla a nezapomněla si ji naúčtovat znovu!! Po upozornění na tuto skutečnost paní neřekla ani ň a odešla. Kvalita samotné kávy ucházející :( S takovou obsluhou jsem se dlouho nesetkal a doufám že již nesetkám! Sem na kafé NIKDY VÍCE! Opravdu nepříjemný zážitek před samotným kinem :( Každý může mít někdy "svůj den", ale když čtu ostatní komentáře, tak paní má asi "svůj den" pokaždé :( Is it a mystery to me what owner suffers from such service? The lady forgot to bring her already paid coffee and at my request she brought it with a good dose of arrogance and did not forget to charge her again !! After being notified of this fact, the lady did not even say it and left. The quality of the coffee itself is good :( I haven't met such a staff for a long time and I hope I never meet again! NEVER MORE here at the cafes! A really unpleasant experience in front of the cinema itself :( Everyone can sometimes have their "day", but when I read other comments, has about "his day" every time :(
