Čísla opravdu generuje počítač, vždy zaměstnanec se připojí do systému a musí se ručně připojit na databázi, kde jsou Vaše čísla. Zaměstnanci z Call Centra se tedy automaticky vytáčí čísla z té databáze a poté Vám volají. Většinou zaměstnanec není až tak zaškolen, tak čte pouze to co je na papíru a snaží se Vás nalákat, aby měl lead - termín pro úspěšný hovor.

níže píšete, že čísla generujete náhodně. Jak je tedy možné, že mi dnes paní z Vašeho call-centra říkala, že mi volá po roce znovu, jestli nemám zájem o extra výhodné ceny elektřiny? (které mi, mimochodem, nesdělila - to je, jako kdybych objednával do firmy zboží od dodavatele, ale dopředu nevěděl cenu).
Lidem možná šetříte peníze na energiích, ale dle obchodních podmínek si je vyberete jinak :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji,po telefonu hory doly. Nezávazně,do doby než se vám něco nezdá a pak po podepsání smlouvy co přiveze kurýr,který prijede pozdě a spěchá. Už jen sankce .... a ještě ty aukce nejsou jistotou ,že společnost vydrží na trhu konkurovat,ale to už tato společnost nemá na starosti.Naposledy jsem něco uzavíral po telefonu.pro ostatní ať je to ponaučení. Užijte si těch 5000,-

poprve jsem to zkusil a naposled .v zivote s touto firmou uz nechci mit nic spolecneho
od zacatku do konce jedna lez za druhou .tak jak me dokazali oni nasrat, tak me nenasral jeste nikdo..za me nejhorsi zkusenost a rozhodně to kazdemu kolem sebe uspesne rozmlouvam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, souhlasím s panem Jelínkem, dopadla jsem úplně stejně. Neušetřila jsem vůbec nic, spíš naopak. CED byla ta nejhorší volba a ve finále jsem zjistila, že se čísla na fakturach vůbec neshodovaly s čísly na plynoměru. Poslala jsem reklamaci a od té doby se nikdo neozval. Když mi pak přišla ta pokuta na 5000, - za to, že jsem si sama sehnala solidního dodavatele a nespoléhala se na tyhle šmejdy, myslela jsem že mě trefí šlak. Takže velmi děkuji za další nemilou zkušenost do života a už nikdy více.Doufám že už nikoho dalšího nikdy takhle nepodvedete.

CED was the worst choice and in the final I found out that the numbers on the invoices did not match at all with the numbers on the gas meter. I sent a complaint and no one has spoken since. Then, when I got the fine of 5,000 for finding a solid supplier myself and not relying on these scoundrels, I thought I was hit by a slag. So thank you very much for another great experience in life and never again. I hope you will never cheat anyone else like this again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zdravím všechny, souhlasím s panem Jelínkem jsou pouzí energošmejdi kteří po telefonu slibují hory doly že je to jen nezávazná smlouva díky níž vám seženou levnějšího dodavatele a poté teprve podepište smlouvu s dodavatelem. Opak je pravdou už ve smlouvě se zavazujete odebírat od jemi vybraným dodavatelem. A pak přijede kurýr a na ulici honem podepište ani nevíte co. Když nespolupracujete ta vám zašlou pokutu 5000. Volal jsem ČOI a na jejich doporučení nic platit nehodlám.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor, jsou to energo šmejdi! Prý pro Vás vysoutěží nejvýhodnější cenu, ale je to od počátku lež. Jejich smlouva je pak naprosto neprůhledná, nevíte ani, kdy ji lze vypovědět. Vysoutěžili pro nás ČED, který zkrachoval a my jsme skončili v DPI, nechali nás v tom, tak jsme si sehnali jiného dodavatele energií sami a hned na to od téhle podvodné společnosti České úspory, s.r.o,, přišel výhružný dopis požadující zaplatit 5000 Kč. To je vrchol hyenismu. Platit to samozřejmě nebudeme a budeme čekat i na žalobu od nich. Podáváme podnět na Český regulační úřad. Prosím, ozvěte se všichni, kdo byli touto společností podvedeni s cílem společného postupu.

This is the pinnacle of hyenism. Of course, we will not pay for this and we will also wait for a lawsuit from them. We are submitting a complaint to the Czech Regulatory Office. Please contact everyone who has been deceived by this company with a view to working together.
