★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechali jsme si napéct sweetbar na svatbu. Zákusky byly výborné, krásně vypadaly i dobře chutnaly. Bohužel to samé nemůžeme říct o našem svatebním Red velvet dortu. Z venku vypadal opravdu luxusně, ale uvnitř:
Spodní patro dortu bylo na okrajích lehce připálené, korpus byl tužší a nebyl rovnoměrně probarven - uvnitř byl spíše růžovo-červený a barva se směrem k okrajům místy vůbec nedostala.
Za tu cenu jsme čekali jsme vláčný, tmavě červený dort s mascarpone.
We had a sweet bar baked for the wedding. The desserts were excellent, they looked beautiful and tasted good. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about our Red velvet wedding cake. From the outside he looked really luxurious, but inside:
The bottom floor of the cake was slightly burnt at the edges, the body was stiffer and not evenly colored - inside it was rather pink-red and the color did not get towards the edges at all.
For that price, we expected a supple, dark red cake with mascarpone.
