I have never met such helpful craftsmen, no waiting time of 2 months, agreement on the date of the stone, this is about the customer. Small and acute work can be done sideways in two days, larger ones can be done in a week and a half. The price is absolutely fair.

Unprofessional, arrogant behavior. Poorly done, moreover unfinished work. During the implementation, they damaged both the new equipment (gas boiler, cabinet) and the surrounding structure. Complaints are not taken into account, despite urgencies, they did not deliver documents to the boiler. Revision in their submission means the granting of a signature and a stamp.

The company was to ensure the installation of a gas boiler, including the heating system, in a family house. After the first few actions, they received payment according to the invoice, which significantly exceeded the price offer. They postponed the deadline several times, finished their work, did not complete the work, and even after three months of payment, it is still not possible to drown, as the system is not working. The company opposes the urgency to complete the paid work and the complaint. All that remains is to defend ourselves legally, but unfortunately that will not warm us up in the winter :( EDIT 11/30/2020: It is clear from Mr Elman's answer that he probably never worked in a house undergoing renovation. It is difficult to find the owner of the house, who will first carefully repair everything and only then invite the heating engineers to damage the renovated premises with their - in this case even unprofessional - interventions. However, Mr. Elman's company was also able to damage completely new things, such as a gas boiler or a distribution box (who among the professionals does not have a key and opens it with a screwdriver?!?). For my claims of poor quality work and damage to the building and equipment, I also have photo documentation, which will be used in the relevant civil proceedings. In conclusion, it should be added that the gentlemen did not take over the work from any other heating company (we waited for the work to be carried out from autumn 2019 until summer 2020!), On the contrary we had to hire real professional heaters who repaired and completed Mr. Elman and his group of non-professionals, so we can drown in the winter. Finishing and repair work has so far cost us almost 17 thousand. Other lies such as aggressive throwing out of the house and other nonsense are easy to read who is trying to cure the frustration of their own plumbing. Mr. Elman is apparently used to five-star reviews from his friends, and if anyone describes the real state of affairs here, there will be fire and brimstone.
