Udělala jsem rezervaci masáže přes rezervační systém, nevšimla jsem si možnosti výběru maséra a zvolila platbu na místě. když přišlo shrnutí objednávky, všimla jsem si, že mě bude masírovat muž, tak jsem ihned poslala žádost o storno. Přestože jsem masáž zrušila hned jak to šlo, vymáhali že mě nevybíravým způsobem storno poplatek.
Chyba byla na mě strane, nicméně byla jsem na webu poprvé, na masáži nikdy a čekala bych, že si potencionálního zákazníků budou více považovat a k jeho chybě budou shovívavější.
Arogantní komunikace přes SMS mě utvrdila, že sem rozhodně ne.

I made a massage reservation through the reservation system, did not notice the possibility of choosing a masseur and chose payment on the spot. when the order summary arrived, I noticed that a man would be massaging me, so I immediately sent a cancellation request. Although I canceled the massage as soon as I could, they demanded that I cancel the cancellation fee in an indiscriminate manner.
The mistake was on my side, but I was on the web for the first time, never on a massage and I would expect them to consider potential customers more and to be more lenient with their mistake.
Arrogant communication via SMS confirmed to me that I definitely did not come here.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced two massages in two days as presents from my family. Such a great idea, sister!? One from Wasin (back, arms and neck), the second one from Ayura (foot massage). I felt very comfortably during both procedures. The place made me feel like I am again in Asia (the smell, fabrics, people). The staff is extremely polite, friendly and the massages were just perfect. I feel like I am a newborn-happy and fresh. 100% reccomended!! One mistake: the first day I forgot to have more money to give a tip to Ayura. So I have to come again to change that❤️?
