★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem po roce a pul uhaneni s reklamaci stroje za 60tisic uz tak otravena, ze mam chut vse resit uz pres urady. Vsichni delaji mrtveho brouka, nikdo nereaguje na emaily, na formular z jejich webu a absolutne neni mozne se dovolat panu Homolkovi. Ticho po pesine.... strasne chovani!
I am after a year and half a whim with a complaint machine for 60 thousand already so annoyed that I have the desire to solve all over the office. Everyone is making a dead beetle, no one responds to emails, to the form from their website, and absolutely can't call Mr. Homolek. Silence over the canine .... terrible behavior!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 26. 3. 2020 jsem koupil: Běžecký pás KETTLER TRACK S 2. Výběr pásu na základě telefonického rozhovoru, výborná komunikace. Objednáno ve čtvrtek v 10:30, do Ostravy doručeno na druhý den (pátek), platba přes kartu. Je to monstrum (krabice je opravdu velká, váha 100 Kg), běžecký pás Kettler je skvělý (poměr výkon/cena pro mne top). Doporučuji jak prodejce tak produkt.
March 26, 2020 I bought: Treadmill KETTLER TRACK S 2. Selection of a belt based on a telephone conversation, excellent communication. Ordered on Thursday at 10:30, delivered to Ostrava the next day (Friday), payment by card. It's a monster (the box is really big, weight 100 Kg), the Kettler treadmill is great (performance / price ratio for me top). I recommend both the seller and the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought online a bike from this shop. The delivery was OK but the model delivered was not the latest one, with all the functionalities described on the web page where I bought it. I called customer support and they promised to deliver a new version of the on-board computer. This was 3 months ago. After many emails which were all unresponded and phone calls during which I was promised the computer would be delivered, I decided to leave this review. It is not OK not to answer to any email from a customer, and make promises only by phone whereas the fault is clearly on the shop which did not deliver what I have paid for. I still hope I can get the upgrade of the bike which I am entitled to, because the model I was delivered does not correspond to the price I paid.
A shame for this brand which I selected because I assumed the quality and customer support would be up to standard!
