★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 3rd time already that same thing happened, I make an order in the app, I include the BBQ sauce (I can see it in the app and the email), I pick up the order and go to work, and then there's no sauce in the package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didnt want to believe all the negative reviews but sadly they arent exaggerated at all. I had to wait in line for almost 20 minutes even though there were only four people in front of me. Every time someone ordered something, we had to wait for a manager to confirm a storno, fix the order, ask the customer who didnt speak Czech about their order, etc. Credit card terminal for one of customers didnt work so she had to pay in cash. While waiting after making my order, there was a complain about wrong food delivered. It was absolute chaos. I am giving 2 stars since food was edible, but it would be literally faster to take a car and buy the same bucket in any KFC around the city...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered double zinger menu for which I had to wait quite long time around 15 min after ordering. I assume the problem was lack of zinger chicken patties as without warning or information my sandwich came with strips inside instead of mentioned patties. Worth mentioning that at the moment of my order, there were only 2 orders before me. Additionally their soda machine was either broken or badly maintained. No syrup for cola so it was dispensing spitting soda water, tried my luck with other drinks and result was not better, either only soda water or awful ratio with the syrup (you could actually see the syrup stream and tiny soda water one). Only positive thing in all of this would be fresh fries.
I go there from time to time on my lunch break and usually it's okay, this time it was simply too much.
