★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time that a KFC employee delivers a missing item to me. Twice I ordered Peanut Butter Shake but they didn't deliver to me while I paid the bill in full. I'm really tired. Then I drove to KFC. I presented their omission and they compensated me. But their attitude is not happy with customers. The attitude of employees will reflect how well the management of KFC. They made me unhappy.
