★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This KFC is a big disaster. Ordered via app, app told me that my order will be ready at 12:55. So I went in, waited till 12:55 and....app told me, that I have picked up my food. No monitor to see orders inside, no one to tell me anything. I got my food finally at 13:28... So waiting more than 30 minutes....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Longest wait at any fast food chain ever ? after more than 20 minutes after ordering, the manager is stating it's not their fault, as we're not the only ones here, as they have drive through as well. Ridiculous. They've managed to serve just order 74 from the screen since my order was paid at the self service screen. And as a bonus, the food was cold after all the waiting. Never again!!
