★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I would give a 5 star rating. However, since the opening day, this KFC in Klatovy has problems to deal with. The waiting time for ordered food is too long! Certain items are not in stock to be ordered, such as twisters or shakes. The eating area is always dirty. I understand that most people seem to be pigs and drop food, napkins and, whatever on the floor and don't bother to pick it up. So there should be someone to monitor the cleanliness of the restaurant at all times. I know I don't enjoy eating at a dirty restaurant! The lights in bathroom are on timer and they shut off too soon! My suggestions would be to keep the restaurant clean at all times, Make sure all items being advertised are in stock and available to customers, Employees park in the OBI parking lot just behind KFC so to leave parking space for patrons of KFC. One other problem is when ordering at drive through. The price of the total order is not told to the customer. If the customer is told the price of the order at end of ordering, the payment can be prepared in advance, making transactions smoother and cut waiting time down for everyone. If all these issues can be fixed, I am certain Klatovy KFC will have a 5 star rating. Sorry, but I had to say something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you skip the McDonald's on the German side, this is the closest fast food before Prague and also out of Pilsen. Generally standard KFC, some good, some fried deep ;-)
