On August 10, 2021, I ordered a stroller, which was to be in stock and delivered within three days, I paid for it with immediate online payment. That day they contacted me from the e-shop that they did not have a carriage and would be within weeks. I refused, saying that I wanted to cancel the order and return the money. The day after I received an email that he would return the money to the account and that they have 7 days to do so (which in today's world of instant payments I do not understand, but well). But even after more than a week, I didn't have the money, so I wrote an email asking what the problem was. The lady promised to check it the next day and of course she did not respond, I had to write again. Reportedly, there was a delay due to the holidays and they entered it in the bank late - although I received an email that they entered it in the bank the day after the order. Today is 14 days from the order and I still do not have my money back !! I don't understand how you can withhold my money for such a long time, especially if the order was canceled by your mistake, because you don't have updated stock! I have never experienced anything like this and I definitely do not recommend buying in this e-shop. EDIT to your answer - this review is 7 months old and you then called me and apologized that you had a holiday and ruined everything at work and that you know that you received a negative review from me and you are not surprised ?‍♀️ That's why I absolutely do not understand this misguided answer. Otherwise, I waited for my money for 3 weeks. So I'd rather keep quiet for you.
