★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsou tam milé prodavačky související s vyzvedáváním zásilek od "zásilkovna.cz". Vyjdou Vám vstříc, i když tam dobíháte až v poslední minutě oficiální otevírací doby. To je na české poměry výjimečné.
There are nice saleswomen related to picking up shipments from "zaskovna.cz". They will meet your needs, even if you catch up there at the last minute of the official opening hours. This is exceptional for Czech conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dostala jsem jiné zboží než jsem objednala. Na moje otázky, návrhy na vyřešení nikdo neodpovídá. Komunikace hodně špatná a zřejmě i vyřizování objednávek nefunguje.
I received other goods than I ordered. No one answers my questions, suggestions for solutions. Communication is very bad and apparently order processing does not work.

Ale misto toho, aby kvuli tomu se domluvili se zasilkovnou, ze to, s prominutim, JIM (ja jsem mela funkcni kartu v mobilu s penezma) neslo , ze by nechaly, ty, co se nevezvedly v patek kvuli jejich chybe, by zustaly(aspon na hodku) v pondeli. Hned jsem psala/volala(nedovolala) klasicky zasilkovne a zaplatila jsem pres ZASILKOVNU branu, aby se toho terminalu v tom obchode uz radsi nedotykaly. Byla jsem tam 10 minut pred zavirackou, fronta venku v zime a vubec se neposouvala!!Bohuzel tolik volna jsem nemela. Ale v pondeli jsem stala presne v moment otevreni, ale pani, ze pry balik jeste maj, ale ja ho nedostanu, ze mam resit se zasilkovnou, ktera odpovida behem 4-10 pracovnich dnu. Nevim, kdo videl nejakou ochotu pomoct, ale meli ONI chybu v patek, a jim bylo uplne jedno, jestli to napravej nebo pomuzou tim, co nemohli ziskat ten svuj balik kvuli jejich neschopnosti, ale bohuzel, takze radim mit vic zpusobu na zaplaceni a hlavne nervu, kdyz uz budete muset jit tam.
The terminal did not work on Friday. But instead of agreeing with the courier for that, I'm sorry, JIM (I had a working card on my cell phone with money) to let those who didn't get in on foot because of their mistake stay ( at least for a while) on Monday. I immediately wrote / called (did not call) the classic mailbox and I paid through the MAILING GATE so that they would rather not touch the terminal in that store. I was there 10 minutes before closing time, the queue was out in the winter and it wasn't moving at all !! But on Monday I became exactly at the moment of opening, but the lady that they still have the package, but I do not get it, that I have to deal with the delivery, which responds within 4-10 working days. I don't know who saw any willingness to help, but they had a mistake on Friday, and they didn't care if they fixed it or helped by not being able to get their package because of their inability, but unfortunately, so I advise to have more way to pay and especially nerve when you have to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to the information on the door (shop on Korunni), the shop should close at 18.30. I am in front of the shop and as I want to enter with my two kids, the door is locked.
The woman behind the counter gives us a stare and then looks away, completely ignoring us. What kind of a behavior is that? Be aware that customers won't come back to or recommend your store or even write a probably useless complaint like this one if treated like this.
And check the times mentioned on your door and inform your employees about them.
Next time at least make the effort to stand up and come to the door, make a gesture, shrug, smile.. anything but ignoring. You work in a toy's store - be happy for the love of God.
