Vcera jsem byla s neteri a moji dcerou v místním obchodě nakoupit par drobnosti a místní agent 007 se do nas dost nemile a velice uboze,bez jakékoliv známky inteligence,navazel. Moje dcera nesměla na nic sáhnout,i kdyz se jednalo o hračku,barevný papírek...na dotaz,proc na to nemuzeme sahat,nam bylo odpovezeno,ze ji to muze spadnout z ruky a rozbit se...na to jsem mu rekla,ze to velice rada zaplatim,pokud se neco takového stane,ale ze si ji samozřejmě hlidam.Ale pan byl hodne nepříjemný,zvyšoval na nas hlas,ze to jsou vnitřní pravidla a at je respektuju. Zeptala jsem se tedy,kde maji ta vnitřní pravidla napsána či vylepena...na to mi odpověděl jen,ze at nejsem moudra a at respektuju tato pravidla...no domluva s inteligentnem vždy pobaví. Po celou dobu nákupu nas tento pan sledoval a neustále nam připomínal ona vnitřní pravidla,která ma zřejmě v hlavě jen on :) Po tom,co jsme nákup zaplatili,jsem se sla,pro zajímavost,podivat na výlohu,jestli jsou tam tato pravidla vyvesena.Samozrejme tam nebyla,tak jsem pánovi rekla,at si je tam pro priste vyvěsi.Pan opet zvýšil hlas,urážel me a zacal vyhrožovat,ze si v Kiku taky uz nemusim nikdy nic nakoupit... :)) Mozna by mel Kik management více dbát na výběr svých podřízených,toto je opravdu ostuda. Hello, I have to share with you a considerable experience with the "security" of the local Kik. Yesterday I was with my nieces and my daughter in the local store to buy a few trinkets and the local agent 007 joined us quite unpleasantly and very poorly, without any sign of intelligence. My daughter was not allowed to touch anything, even though it was a toy, colored paper ... when asked why we can't touch it, we were told that it could fall out of her hand and break ... I told him that , that I would be very happy to pay if something like this happens, but of course I'm watching over it. But Mr. was very unpleasant, he raised his voice to us, that these are internal rules and that I respect them. So I asked where the internal rules were written or pasted ... he only told me that I was not wise and that I respect these rules ... but an agreement with an intelligent person is always amusing. Throughout the purchase, this gentleman followed us and constantly reminded us of the internal rules, which I probably only have in my head :) After we paid for the purchase, I asked, for interest, to look at the shop window, if these rules are posted there. Of course it was not there, so I told the gentleman to put them there for the next time. and he started threatening that I never have to buy anything in Kik again ... :)) Maybe Kik management should pay more attention to the selection of its subordinates, this is really a shame.
l	lucie zAse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, Ráda bych Vám sdělila moji včerejší zkušenost s nákupem v Plzni, v Kik Galerie Dvořák . Vzala jsem si volně stojící vystavené zboží z regálu, jednalo se o právě zlevněnou zahradní dekoraci a následně mi ji prodavačka vzala z ruky s tím, ze je zboží již rezervováno a začala byt ke me nepříjemná, poté si toto zboží dala do nákupního vozíku který byl před tím prázdný a v precenovani v okruhu zahrady pokračovala . Po té se mi naskytla odpověď pro koho je zboží rezervováno , pokřikovala na sebe pres prodejnu s další prodavačkou ,která byla na pokladně. Ta ji říkala na kolik se mají další dekorace zlevňovat a křičela at ji to schová! Melo by se přeceňovat někde ve skladu a tam si to mezi sebou rovnou rozebrat a ne se takhle chovat před zákazníkem a brat mu zboží z rukou ! After that, I got the answer for who the goods are reserved for, she shouted at herself through the store with another saleswoman who was at the checkout. She told her how much the next decorations should be cheaper and she screamed to hide it from her! It should be overestimated somewhere in the warehouse and there it should be discussed right away and not behaved like this in front of the customer and take the goods out of his hands!
