Závisí to asi spis na dopravci, ale obchod by za kvalitu dopravy měl taky ručit. Výrobek byl kvalitní bez závad. Komunikace přes e-mail i telefon proběhla skvěle. I ordered through the e-shop: Nice approach, they sent the shipment immediately, but they didn't let the post office know that the shipment was delivered to me. It probably depends on the carrier, but the store should also guarantee the quality of transport. The product was of good quality without defects. Communication via e-mail and telephone went great.

Raději jsem odešel... Tři hvězdičky jen za to, že tak trochu modelařím, jsem fanda železnice, a také si uvědomuji, že současná doba je pro obchodníky s tak zbytným zbožím, jako jsou naše hračky, velmi těžká. Nejsme takovou modelářskou velmocí, jako sousední Německo, to je země železničním modelářům zaslíbená, myslím. The Lord had what I was looking for. However, the store looked a bit gloomy and untidy. Great prices and helpful staff, though the lady did not speak English she understood me and I have a broad Scottish accent. Highly recommended.
