★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechci hodnotit kino, do něj sme se bohužel nedostali a na fotkách vypadalo hezky. Příšernou zkušenost máme s paní co promítání asi organizuje, po emailovém dotazu, zda nám může rezervovat dvě místa na 19:00 odepsala, že lístky koupíme na místě půl hodiny předem. Ok, po sem dobrý, termin byl uvedem na stránkách města. No po našem příchodu jsme zjistili, že film se promítá už v 17:00... Kvůli kinu jsme upravili náš dovolenkovy program a před kinem jsme postavali asi 20 minut pred avizovaným otevřením... Tak jsem paní napsal, že nás na to mohla upozornit... No v odpovědi se mi dostalo vysvětlení, že můj email ani moc nečetla, a že je to vlastně naše chyba, že na facebooku a v nějakém pdf programu to bylo správně, a že se máme příště lépe informovat... Omluva?, tak té jsme se nedočkali... pak se člověk diví, že si člověk raději připlatí za velké kino?
I don't want to rate the cinema, unfortunately we didn't get into it and it looked nice in the photos. We have a terrible experience with the lady who probably organizes the screening, after an email asking if she can book us two seats at 19:00, she wrote that we would buy tickets on the spot half an hour in advance. Ok, after a good one, the term was listed on the city website. Well, after our arrival, we found out that the film is screened at 17:00 ... Due to the cinema, we modified our holiday program and we stood in front of the cinema about 20 minutes before the announced opening ... So I wrote that the lady could warn ... Well, in the answer I got an explanation that I didn't read my email much, and that it's actually our fault that it was correct on Facebook and in some pdf program, and that we should get better information next time ... Sorry ?, so we didn't see that ... then you are surprised that you would rather pay extra for a big cinema?
