L	Lenka Štěrbová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatné zásobení, poloprázdné regály a hlavně nespolehlivé vedení. Jak jinak to nazvat, když nemají ani tak primitivní věci jako pařák na knedlíky. V pátek mi pan prodavač řekl, že dnes prodal poslední a příští týden v úterý že dovezou. To se však nestalo a pán v úterý nevěděl, zda a kdy vůbec dovezou. Takže navštívím jiný obchod... V tomhle obchodě si zákazníci rozhodně dveře nepodávají a kdyby tam neprovozovali tu balíkovnu (či zasilkovnu), tak by se jim snad ani nevyplatilo dál obchod provozovat. Poor supply, half-empty shelves and most importantly unreliable wiring. What else to call it when they don't have as primitive things as a dumpling steamer. On Friday, the salesman told me that he sold the last one today and that they would import next week on Tuesday. However, this did not happen and the master did not know on Tuesday if and when they would deliver at all. So I'm going to visit another store ... In this store, customers definitely don't open their doors, and if they didn't run the parcel (or courier) there, it might not even pay to continue operating the store.

Zakoupené hrnce rozpraskali se a změnili barvu po 1-2 použití na vaření polévky! V prodejně mě řekli že tepla voda je “agresivní prostředek na mytí nádobí”. They sell low-quality goods and then avoid complaints in all ways. It's not a store, but it's internet fraudsters. Purchased pots cracked and changed color after 1-2 uses for cooking soup! The store told me that hot water is an "aggressive dishwashing detergent".

Nikdy více nevyužijeme ani jako PPL parcel shop, ani jako obchod s domácími potřebami. We used this store to pick up a package from PPL. Lord very unpleasant, both on us and on the phone. Literally all the activities bothered him. We will never use it again as a PPL parcel shop or as a household goods store.

Jela jsem zrovna z terapie kde nemáme roušky, takže jsem jí neměla ani sebou. Od pána stála více než dva metry a prosila o balíček. Nejdřív si klepal na hubu, tak jsem myslela, že mi nerozumí. A pak začal, že mi nic nevydá dokud nebudu mít roušku. Nasadila jsem si tedy šálu přes obličej a s tím mě poslal do patřičných míst a ať si přijdu až s rouškou. Podotýkám, že pánova kvalita roušky byla jak látkový kapesník a protože nenosil respirátor, ohrožoval ostatní tak či tak. Z prodejny jsem odešla, a už jen z principu se tam nikdy nevrátím. Balíček ať si pošle zpátky když mu to za to stojí. Objednala jsem si znovu a jinam. PPL naprosto otřesné chování, neochotni cokoliv udělat a bylo jim jedno, že by měli pánovi očividně zrušit parcelshop. Asi napíšu vyjádření i na podporu, protože takový člověk si nezaslouží peníze navíc za zásilky, které ani nechce vydávat!! I definitely do not recommend and I regret that I did not read the reviews before. I had ordered a package to PPL ParcelShop. I just went from therapy where we don't have veils, so I didn't even have it with me. She stood more than two meters from the master and begged for a package. He knocked on his mouth first, so I thought he didn't understand me. And then he started not giving me anything until I had a veil. So I put the scarf over my face and sent me to the right places and let me come with a veil. I note that the master's quality of the veil was both a cloth handkerchief and because he did not wear a respirator, he endangered others anyway. I left the store, and in principle I will never return. Let him send the package back when it's worth it. I ordered again and elsewhere. PPL absolutely appalling behavior, not willing to do anything and they didn't care that they should obviously cancel the parcel shop for the master. I will probably write a statement in support, because such a person does not deserve extra money for shipments that he does not even want to issue !!
I	Irenka Hlobilova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Více zpruzeného prodavače/majitele sem opravdu nezažila. Pokud je pan nějak frustrovaný z vydávání balíčků, tak by měl přestat pracovat. Horší chování sem opravdu nezažila a vidím, ze nejsem jediná. I haven't really experienced more of a resilient seller / owner here. If Mr. is somehow frustrated with releasing packages, he should stop working. I really haven't experienced worse behavior here and I can see that I'm not the only one.

Otravujete ho jenom svou přítomnosti. I only give two stars for the location, otherwise consider carefully if you have something sent here. The most disgusting and annoying salesman in Brno. You only annoy him with your presence.
E	Even on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this shop should consider retiring his business and find something else to do. He's angry, unpleasant and unprofessional; he also reacts with annoyance when someone has the audacity to go there to pick up a PPL package. My girlfriend was handed the wrong parcel, and when she pointed this out, the owner got mad at her for insinuating that he would make a mistake. She was eventually given the correct parcel, but received no apology. There are other shops with a better selection of kitchenware so there's really no reason to even consider stepping into his shop.
