★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forma mi byla doručená poškrábaná, náhradní zaslání se vyřešilo rychle bez problémů, ale forma byla znovu poškrábaná (v tomto případě se jednalo o chybu ze strany dodavatele). Bohužel než mi e-shop stihl vyřešit náhradu,tak se forma vyprodala, takže strhávám hvězdičku za nepříznivou shodu nahod, ale jsem moc ráda, jak e-shop vše rychle vyřešil.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po rozbaleni pekace Emile Henry jsme zjistili, ze spodni dil je praskly. Ihned jsme psali do e-shopu, ten zamitl narok na reklamaci, ze nejde prokazat, kdy k poskozeni doslo, coz je naprosty nesmysl. Ruce pryc od teto firmy!!
After unpacking the Emile Henry baking tray, we found out that the lower part had cracked. We immediately wrote to the e-shop, which rejected the claim that it was not possible to prove when the damage occurred, which is completely nonsense. Hands away from this company !!
