Vše bylo vyřešeno velmi rychle a k naší naprosté spokojenosti. Musím říct, že jsem byl velmi příjemně překvapen takovým přístupem k zákazníkovi. E-shop doporučuji.
Definitely a serious place to buy online. Fast transport and, above all, very helpful communication in solving a problem that occurred with the ordered goods. Everything was resolved very quickly and to our complete satisfaction. I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by such an approach to the customer. I recommend the e-shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jak začít ? Objednal jsem si zboží, vše proběhlo v pořádku. Začal jsem ale mít obavy z včasného doručení od společnosti DPD a tak jsem napsal na stránky shopu, zda mi nemohou pomoci. Ozval se mi jednatel společnosti a velice ochotně mi nabídl, že zjistí proč můj balíček ještě není na cestě. Dokonce mi nabídl, že mi ho osobně přiveze, pokud zjistí, že nebude DPD schopno doručit včas. Nakonec se vše podařilo včas, ale za ten individuální přístup ke klientovi by si zasloužil hvězdiček 7. Opravdu milé a ochotné jednání. Překvapilo mne to...DOPORUČUJI !!!
How to begin ? I ordered the goods, everything went well. However, I started to worry about timely delivery from DPD, so I wrote to the shop website if they could help me. The company's executive called me and very willingly offered to find out why my package was not on the way yet. He even offered to bring it to me in person if he found out that DPD would not be able to deliver on time. In the end, everything worked out in time, but for the individual approach to the client, he deserves a 7 stars. Really nice and helpful dealings. I was surprised ... I RECOMMEND !!!
