J	Jaroslav Krejza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEBRAT, v našem případě přijel se vzorníkem, prohlédl a zaměřil, poslali jsme peníze (naštěstí jen za materiál, ktery byl trochu nad tržní cenou), materiál přivezl velkosklad a od té doby se pan Kutheil neukázal :-( Po týdnech nahánění (po termínu) jsme do dnešního dne o panu K.K. neslyšeli. Museli sehnat jiného podlaháře, aby práci dokončil. NEBRAT, in our case he came with a swatch, inspected and focused, we sent money (fortunately only for the material, which was a little above the market price), the material brought a large warehouse and since then Mr. Kutheil has not shown :-( After weeks of chasing (after the deadline), we are to this day about Mr. K.K. did not hear. Komunikace probíhala naprosto bez problému. We were very pleased with Mr Kutheil and his services. He made us a trowel and laid a vinyl floor. Everything went quickly and well. The communication went without any problems.
B	Battlex021 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stejny pribeh jako u ostatnich, domluveni, potvrzeni terminu v poradku, na schuzku se nedostavil a od te doby nereaguje na nic. Diky tomu jsme meli slusne problemy zajistit za dva dny podlahare. Diky panu Kuheilovi jsme ztratili spoustu casu a penez...Vase jednani vas jiste dostihne.. Thanks to that, we had decent problems providing flooring in two days. Thanks to Mr. Kuheil, we lost a lot of time and money ... Your actions will surely catch up with you ..
O	Ota Zich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEDOPORUČUJI. Byli jsme domluveni na nivelaci a pokládce PVC. Dovezení materiálu proběhlo v pořádku a byla zaplacena záloha ve výši plné ceny materiálu. p. Kutheil na smluvený termín nedorazil a nebere telefon, nereaguje na emaily ani SMS. Evidentně se to nestalo poprvé. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We agreed on leveling and laying PVC. The material was delivered in order and a deposit of the full price of the material was paid. Mr. Kutheil did not arrive on the agreed date and does not answer the phone, does not respond to emails or SMS. Obviously this wasn't the first time.

Příště bych ráda využila znova. Pleasant reliable negotiations, perfectly done work with a focus on accuracy and detail. Great result, I just recommend. Next time I would like to use again.

Kutheila jsme některé termíny museli pozměnit - tomu jsme ale rozuměli. Doporučujeme. We have two experiences, both apartments were well made. Friendly communication and willingness to incorporate observations in the process. Due to further work on the part of Mr. Kutheil, we had to change some terms - but we understood that. We recommend.

Vše kvalitně provedeno v domluveném termínu a v náročných podmínkách (starý dům, nerovné zdi, špatné parkování). Velmi příjemné a rychlé jednání. Smluvená cena dodržena. I warmly recommend. Spatula and laying of load line in the surgery. Everything is done well on time and in demanding conditions (old house, uneven walls, poor parking). Very pleasant and fast negotiations. The agreed price was observed.

Na dohodnutou schůzku nedorazil, omluva nula, telefon již nebral. Tragédie... When asked about laying a wooden floor, my master persuades me not to take it home (= I've done it before).
