★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S klenoty aurum jsem byla pokaždé zatím nespokojená. Zakoupila jsem si zde naušnice mají špatné zapínání které nedrží takže jsem samozřejmě jednu ztratila. Po druhém zakoupení naušnic zde se stalo to stejné.. takže to náhoda určitě nebyla. Pak poslední věc kterou jsem si koupila byl náramek, který vzhledově sice byl krásný ale po pár měsících mi začly vypadávat kamínky z něj. Samozřejmě reklamace zamítnuta.. nemilý personál.. Neprofesionální jednání a jediný důvod který mi k mé reklamaci řekli je to že je to moje chyba... takže určitě tenhle obchod nedoporučuji A zatím ze 3 nákupů jsem byla 3 nespokojená..
I have always been dissatisfied with aurum jewelry. I bought here earrings have bad fastening which does not hold so of course I lost one. After the second purchase of earrings here it happened the same .. so it certainly wasn't. Then the last thing I bought was a bracelet that was beautiful in appearance but after a few months, stones started to fall out of it. Of course, the complaint rejected .. unpleasant staff .. Unprofessional behavior and the only reason they told me about my complaint is that it is my fault ... so I certainly do not recommend this shop And so far from 3 purchases I was 3 dissatisfied ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ohrringe (Modeschmuck 2x30€) sind nach einen Monat sofort verblichen. Nach langen hin und her gab es endlich eine Reklamation. Jedoch kamen sie in einer ganz anderen Farbe zurück. Es wurde behauptet das es diese nur in Roségold und nicht in Gold gibt. Jetzt habe ich um sonst 2 mal die gleichen Ohrringe.
The earrings (costume jewelry 2x30€) faded immediately after a month. After a long back and forth there was finally a complaint. However, they came back in a completely different color. It has been claimed that these only come in rose gold and not gold. Now I have the same earrings twice for nothing.
