Místo aby byla nápomocná a pokusila se semnou jako se zákazníkem vyřešit problém a najít rozumné řešení aby byly spokojené obě strany, tak se k tomu vůbec neměla. Neskutečný přístup. Nechápu jak takový člověk může prodávat zboží. Po mé zkušenosti vím, ze tuto prodejnu Už nikdy nenavštívím.
