★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otřesné jednání. Nechávali jsme si zkracovat dřevěné hodinky. Při úpravě hodinář poškodil řemínek. Nepřiznali chybu, NEOMLUVILI SE! a nechali si za to zaplatit 150 korun. Otřesné jednání se zákazníkem. (po návratu domů jsem odebíral ještě jeden dílek řemínku a s kleštičkami a kancelářskou sponkou jsem to zvládl za dvě minuty a dokonce bez poškození dřeva.....)
Absolutely appalling. We had our timepieces shortened. When adjusting the watchmaker damaged the strap. They didn't make a mistake, they didn't apologize! and they paid 150 crowns for it. Dreadful dealing with the customer. (after returning home I took another piece of strap and with pliers and paper clip I managed it in two minutes and even without damaging the wood .....)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V porovnani s konkurencnim zlatnictvim, kde jsme poridili snubni prsteny, maji na teto pobocce neochotny a neprijemny personal, ktery navic neadekvatne "poradil" ohledne zmenseni zasnubniho prstynku. Na pristupu zakaznicke podpory, podle jejichz odpovedi je klient v podstate oznacen za hlupaka, by firma rozhodne mela trochu zapracovat.
Compared to competing goldsmiths, where we bought wedding rings, they have reluctant and unpleasant staff at this branch, who, moreover, have inadequately "advised" about reducing the wedding ring. In the approach of customer support, according to whose answer the client is basically marked as a fool, the company should definitely work a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za sebe mohu říct, že paní v prodejně byla milá, ochotná a příjemná. Jednou za čas tam zajdu a obvykle něco vyberu. Vše v pořádku. Určitě zas někdy zajdu a mohu doporučit.
I can say for myself that the lady in the store was nice, helpful and pleasant. I go there once in a while and usually pick something. All right. I will definitely go again sometime and I can recommend.
