★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v jiném klenotnictví kvůli zavření zadního krytu hodinek. (Zlatnictví Altman na náměstí) Byli nepříjemný, ztratili mi těsnící gumičku a nedokázali mi hodinky zavřít s tím, že je kryt údajně ohnutý. Gumicku nakonec našli, ale hádali se se mnou, ze tam žádná nebyla. Pak jsem šel do Klenotnictví Hela a tam mi to zavřeli asi za minutu a byli velice příjemní. Úplně jiné kafe. Velice děkuji a určitě jejich služby ještě využiji.
 I was in another jewelry store to close the back cover of the watch. (Altman Goldsmith in the Square) They were annoying, lost my rubber band, and couldn't close my watch, saying the cover was supposedly bent. They eventually found the rubber band, but they argued with me that there was none. Then I went to the Hela Jewelry Store and they closed it for me in about a minute and they were very nice. A completely different coffee. Thank you very much and I will definitely use their services again.
