Vaši pracovníci jednak po celou dobu používali ochranné roušky a jednak odvedli opravdu perfektní práci. Poradili kam nejlépe umístit venkovní jednotku. Dále nás do detailu seznámili s obsluhou a pomohli nastavit mobilní aplikaci na ovládání. Ještě jednou vám děkujeme a přejeme mnoho zdarů ve vaší práci. P	Petr Ludvik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednán servis za účelem zjištění závady na čerpadle. Závadu technik nebyl schopný určit. Ovšem naúčtovali si částku 4347,- za "servisní zásah a dopravu". Telefonoval jsem vedení firmy a ptal se zdali se jim částka zdá adekvátní vzhledem k tomu že nic nezjistili, ano došlo navíc k oplachu výparníku a kontrole nastavení TČ, kdo zná ví že jde o desetiminutový úkon) Bylo mi řečeno že jim to normální přijde, načež jsem řekl, že už si jejich servis tedy nikdy neobjednám. Pán na druhé straně mi s výsměchem v hlase sdělil že s tím nemá nejmenší problém. A ano můžete zde napsat že problémový zákazník se vždy najde ale ta chyba na tom čerpadle svítí stále.. viz foto VÁS zkrátka už NIKDY!!! Service ordered in order to detect a fault on the pump. The Lord, on the other hand, told me with a sneer in his voice that he had no problem with that. And yes, you can write here that a problem customer is always found, but the error on that pump is still lit .. see photo In short, you will NEVER !!!
