Samotná realizace byla profesionální, rychlá, příjemná a po odchodu po nich nezůstalo ani smítko :-) I přes to, že jsme klimu poptávali v sezóně oceňuji rychlé jednání vč. brzkého termínu realizace. Za mě mohu fakt jen a jen doporučit! Before the implementation, the company's representative explained to us in detail and recommended a suitable type of air conditioning. The implementation itself was professional, fast, pleasant and after leaving, there was not a speck left after them :-) Despite the fact that we demanded the climate in the season, I appreciate the quick action, incl. early implementation. For me, I can really only recommend!

I kdyz maji hodne zakazek, u nas to stihli. Installation of 2 air conditioning units: Super agreement, excellent work done. Better to arrange everything on the spot so that the masons know where to prepare. Even though they have a lot of orders, they managed to do it with us.

Ostatní firmy katastrofa, jednají jako by je měl člověk přemlouvat. Než zareagují a jestli vůbec trvá to týdny. Zde šlo všechno hladce. Skvělá domluva i provedení. The only company out of five in my area that responded immediately and could be reached normally. Other companies are a disaster, they act as if one should persuade them. Before they react and if it takes weeks at all. Everything went smoothly here. Great arrangement and design.

S panem Hrdou byla věcná komunikace, nezastíral klady ani zápory možných variant. Vlastní instalace (LG multisplit 1 venkovní + 2 vnitřní jednotky v podkroví) trvala necelý den. Technici byli šikovní a ohleduplní k interiéru. Zvlášť si cením toho, že nedělali zbytečné prostupy do pojistné hydroizolace na střeše ani do parotěsné izolace stropu. Zatím běží bez problémů. We installed the air conditioning in September, from order to installation 9 days, so it went fast. There was factual communication with Mr. Hrda, he did not hide the pros and cons of possible variants. The actual installation (LG multisplit 1 outdoor + 2 indoor units in the attic) took less than a day. The technicians were skilful and considerate of the interior. I especially appreciate the fact that they did not make unnecessary penetrations into the insurance waterproofing on the roof or into the vapor-tight insulation of the ceiling. So far, it runs without problems.

Samotná instalace byla rychlá a čistá. Technici před instalací důkladně naplánovali postup a do posledního bodu ho bez problémů dodrželi. Cena byla bezkonkurenční. Very good experience with KlimaPro. Zaměření v pohodě, snaží se vše udělat jednoduše, ale přitom nabízí kvalitní zařízení. Montéři přijeli na čas, věděli co mají dělat a co hlavně a dnes to bohužel není příliš časté, poradili si s komplikacemi, měli velmi dobré nářadí, nezůstal po nich nepořádek a prázdné krabice u vchodu. Palec nahoru! All that remains is to join in the positive opinions. The first unit was mounted to my work, the second home. Focusing at ease, trying to do everything easily, while offering quality equipment. The fitters arrived on time, they knew what to do and what to do and unfortunately it is not very common today, they coped with complications, they had very good tools, there was no clutter and empty boxes at the entrance.
